Every program shows what it pays before you join. You earn as your work is approved or performs, and the money lands in your Stripe balance.
How you earn
A program pays per approved video, a share of ad spend, or per organic post (by its views). You get the full amount shown, retainers included; Lucra's fee is charged to the brand.
When you get paid
You're paid as soon as the brand's payment goes through. Each earning moves through three statuses:

| Available | On its way to your Stripe balance |
| Paid | In your Stripe balance |
Earnings reach your balance once your identity is verified; until then they keep adding up.
Withdraw
Your balance is paid out to your bank automatically every week. You can also withdraw anytime from Finance, with no minimum. Standard withdrawals are free; instant withdrawals cost 1.5% (at least 50¢).
