You pay creators through Lucra and buy media on your own ad accounts. Settings → Billing shows your plan, Lucra's fee and any subscription.
Pricing
Every brand pays the same:

Paying
Save a card in Finance and usage is billed as it settles. A plan with a subscription bills that card monthly or yearly, with invoices in Settings → Billing.
Ledger
Finance lists every charge, creator payment and refund, with its status.
